impersonate username and password to log into another site

Hi,

 Can anyone tell me how can I impersonate username and password to log into another site. I have a hyperlink in a webpart that onclick will open a dummy page that will impersonate the user's username and password to log into a new site in a new window. Can anyone give me an idea?
