i have a text changed event for a drop down list. my issue is when the user selects a differnt item from the drop down list the checkboxlist is suppost to populate based on the dropdownlist's selection. what happends is it always populates based on the first item in the dropdownlist no matter what the user selects. here is the code block. any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreicated!!:
