SSl Certificate and secure website.

hello,

I have a problem making my website  secure. there is a ssl certificate installed and configured for my website. The problem that I have is whe some one types in http:// mywebsite.com/my/mypage.aspx

I should be able to redirect them to my secure website https:// mywebsite.com/my/mypage.aspx . Can you please help? right now my both websites http and https work independently.
