Hi, i'm in the process of making a comments form which the user can insert text and add to a database commenting on a particular article. What i want to be able to do is prevent the user from submitting explicit content (sware words etc) to the database and so is there a way of creating a custom validator which checks the text in the text box against a .txt file (for example) to see if there are any words which are not allowed and if so prevent the user from submitting the data to the database?
I dont know if there is another way of doing it but i'm open to any suggestions...
