Handling all error of a website?

I would to do a error handler for a website (asp.net 3.5)
If any error raise by aspx , it will catch exception message and send to my email.
But it not very well to using
Try ...{ statement } Catch..{ mail ex.message; } ..finally...
 for each method..function..
so is it any solution to do this once and handle all error for my website? maybe in web.config file ?
any suggestion?
