How to add text to jquery function from code behind

Hi,
I want to add some text to a message in a jquery function from my C# code behind.(This is for translation)
I can`t figure out how i can add the text to the function.
If i register the complete script nothing happens, my modal popup has not been activated and a lot of other functions that i placed in the same string)
So now i`m asking myself is it possible to add text in a jquery function from my c# code in the page_load event?
