Problem in assinging database field value in checkbox

  Hi
  I have the following code where I am retrieving values of fields in a row in dropdown, textbox and a
  checkbox.

  This row was previsously updated by the above controls:
  
  However retrieving value in the checkbox is becoming a major problem as I am unable to compile the code.
