send mail with all information of textbox in vb.net

i m able to send mails who will registerd on registration page but at the same time i want to sedn mail to admin with all the information field by the client like name ,mobile number n all
the email in my bcc is admin n i want to send all the nformation of textbox to him 
how can i do dat ,Plz guide
