i have this code and something goes wrong protected void Admin_Authenticate(object sender, AuthenticateEventArgs e)

if (User.Identity.IsAuthentication = = false)
{
Server.Transfer(insert.aspx);
}
if (Roles.IsUserInRole("Basic User") == false)
Server.Transfer(Home.aspx);
}
i need only authentication for admin to go on insert.aspx
