How to Handle the Multiple versions of release?

Hi,
         We had developed web application, this is installed in client machine on weekly basis we will add some changes in the application then deliver to client on this case how do we know which version is installed in client machine I need way to find which version is installed and how many versions released and release date how to handle this. let me suggest your ideas
