Autocomplete database. Another set of eyes please:

Does anybody see anything wrong with this code?  I've been trying for hours to get the autocomplete to work?
I've been using this post as a referance:  http://forums.asp.net/p/1126189/1772074.aspx#1772074

Any advice or work arounds would be great.  I really want to impliment this feature in a lot of my projects.
