Querystring can't read exact string

Dear all,

I came across a peculiar problem. I am sending an id in encrypted form on other page . problem arise reading querystring. It replace "+" sign with " ".

I send querystring as id=  "CbCe1+mhz8Q="

when read  string devTest= Request.QueryString["id"] ;    it returns "CbCe1 mhz8Q=" .

It replace "+" with " ". So,  Descryption can't done successfully.

Please suggest what  should i am do to read querystring correctly. Request.Quer ...
