send notification to admin

Hi all,
when user type word in TextBox1 and press button search, the result from the databse display at TextBox2 & TextBox3. If user type word, and the result not display because the word not in database, how to notify admin? If admin receive notification, then admin can add new word to dtabase.Admin can view notification in gridview & delete old notification.
