Listbox going to one field in Table, i want items going to specific fields.

Hi, i got this multiselection listbox that works fine when sending the selections to a field in a sql table, however i want to be able to run reports on what employee has what application so im thinking a field for each application would work better therefore i'll only have one record per employee. I know i have to use the foreach loop still, but what is the code to send a certain selection to a specific field in a table?
