How to avoid closing the Internet Explorer window using System Menu

 Dear Friends,
I developed one application in DotNet(ASP.Net,C#).If users are trying to close the window i want to redirect to Logout page but in some exceptions i am unable to redirect to Logout page those exceptions are when the user close the IE using System Menu,Task Manager in remaining cases like when the user click on X button on IE right top corner or Alt+F4 or when he chagned the text in the Address Bar i am redirecting to Logout Page.
In windows application we are able to remove the Close(Alt+F4) option from System Menu same like that can we remove the Close(Alt+F4) option for IE System Menu.
OR
I want to avoid users closing the IE using System Menu.
OR
If users trying to close the IE using System Menu can we redirect to another page.
It's very urgent
Please provide your valuable suggestions or Source code for the above points.
