Cache issue

I have an aspx page within a master page...(ASP.net 2.0)

The aspx page is basically a gridview, with an asp:sqldatasource
There are two cache options that I dont know which is best or how the conflict
1) <%@ OUTPUTCACHE %> : Which is linked to the table, and the cache changes when the base table content changes.
2) asp:sqldatasource, this has its own cache methods/properties..but I dont know if it does the same as (1) and cache changes when the base table changes..

So Do I do 1, and not 2, do 2 and not 1 or both..


please advise
