Lock accounts in Asp.Net MVC with membership provider.

Hello,
I am usign the default membership provider in Asp.Net MVC. How do I lock account of a particulate user ?. There is way to change isApproved while creating user but not for locking accounts. I want to lock the account of a particular user util manually verified.
