membership and password change

now I using asp.net membership.
now my system have 2 roles, forexample.
admin
user
admin can see all user information and
can change some data (email, username, phone) for all users.
and
each user is allowed to change password and some data.
how I have to do this feature?
now I using asp.net 3.5 and sql db 2005.
