i am trying to implement SSL using ASP.NET 2003 in Windows 2000....i was trying to create a certificate but there were no Certificate Services....then in one of the websites of microsoft.support i found that we need to configure it first from Add/remove Windows Components....but there was no such option...so now how should i get the Certificate Services??????
