Good idea to write Load applications as aspx?

Hello,Just wanted to get some advice on whether it is good practice to write a Performance Load application as a website. Specifically I need to write a multithreaded (many, many threads) application that will load a certain component and check for performance.Would IIS barf at that, perhaps kill the app if it goes on too long or uses up too much memory?ORWould it be better to write the core app as a service or console app and just use a web page to initialize the process and report results?Thanks for your advice! ...
