I've updated my code to support Silverlight 2, both the mouse right click/context menu and the mouse wheel capture for in IE and Firefox with SL2 installed.
I'm looking into wrapping these solutions around the Silverlight Controls library Microsoft released so that things like scrollviewers, grids, and etc can all scroll and react independantly to these events. If anyone is interested in giving me a hand let me know. Coding is the easy part, coming up with a user friendly look and feel as well as a developer efficient coding model is the tough part.
