Create textbox using array & insert value to database

Hi everyone,

Currently, I have this small project but I couldn't finish it because I'm stuck on array.  I can do it in classic ASP, but I don't know how to do it in C#.  Could anyone help me?

I would like to create 5 rows of Textboxes using array.  Then, when user click on submit button, the code behind will get collection values of those array textbox & insert into SQL database.
