I'm working on a site for rating real estate agents, and here is how it needs to work:
1. Office Manager is notified that house has been sold
2. types buyer and seller's e-mail addresses into two different textboxes in a form. OM also fills in customer's names(agentnames come from a database)
3. Both buyer and seller are sent e-mails with links to their survey, each unique to that person and with a special link so only they can access their survey
I can handle part 1 and 2, but have no idea how to have the e-mails sent and have them generate a survey for the people based on my form. The entire thing needs to be database driven and it need to fill in both the buyer/seller and agent's name when they open the form. The main part I need help with right now is generating the emails/surveys. Any ideas/help ful sites you could link me to?
