Its not really my code issue But this is a question that comes in to my mind often as it was asked to me during an interview and I couldn't answer !
How we should implement this functionality so that it has no performance issue( as in case of lacs of user in db so it's not a good idea to get a list of all users in db).
Does anyone know how to implement it in best possible way ?
