Hi Guys,
We recently upgraded .net fx to 4.0, with older fx 2.0 File.Delete was working fine without any issues.
Current Behaviour: Our application deletes and creates a new <file>.xml if the file is older than 5 hours. With 4.0 fx it is not throwing any exception and not writing any details into the event log. We used MSI built in 4.0 framework to deploy this application. If we copy the precompiled code File.Delete is working.
Please give me some hints to fix this issue.
