Insert data into Two Tables with single SQL statement using ASP.NET + C#

Hi

Have written a button_Click event to

1) Connects to SQL Server Database and reads data from Two Tables using SqlDataReader. (works fine)

then

2) Opens a connection to Oracle Database and Inserts the values returned from above SqlDataReader into Two Tables.

Question/clarification is:

Is it possible to insert values into Two Tables where Foreign key exists between these Two Tables by using the SQL Statement below?

oledbcmmand.commandText = "INSERT INTO ORA_TABLE1(COL_1, COL_2, COL_3) , ORA_TABLE2(COL_1, COL_2) VALUES ( ' " + sql_col_value + ---------other similar values------"') ";
