Hi people
i am developing an asp.net page developed in visual studio 2008 which is going to serve 2000 people.In the main page i have a menu control from obout control.when i click each link the page is been redirected to a different page.Now i have the link format in this format :"http://localhost:2786/myproject/loginpage.aspx".
Now every time i run the application the port number ie"2786" or some other number changes.Hence i have to change the port number in the menu control so that the link performs well and that the page is redirected correctly.
Can someone here please help me out to resolve the problem so that i need not change the port number frequently.Please also let me know if my question is not clear.
