I've doubt in displaying values in Label control from Delegate.
I've a WCF service with Duplex contract communication ( Request and Response will be handled in diff channel ). I used Delegate and Event in Web service.
Now in my Web application i subscribed the Event from web service. When i send the request to server for updates, server will send the values through the event. All my task is done. Now the problem is i want to display the values in Label control.
The main problem is PostBack concept. i'm assigning values to Label is pro grammatically, when assiging values to Label there is no Postback so the value is not displayed.
I used AJAX for solution, There we've to click the button inside the update panel to do partial postback.
but user won't click the button for updates. It should happen whenever it gets updates.
My condition is not to use Timer and Polling ...
