asp.net 2.0 membership does not work correctly at IIS 5.0

Hello,

I have implemented ASP.net 2.0 with aspnetdb membership feature with web.sitemap and role control, but it does not works correctly with IIS5.0 (XP Pro), but it works correctly with debug mode under VS2005.

 For example, some of the folder should be accessed by manager only, but other type of members also can access the aspx file inside manager folder.

 Please advice what's wrong.
