I am self taught and program as required. I have had no formal training and I do the best I can. What I would like to know is, is there a reference somewhere that can give me a best practices for formatting my code that it will make sense to some one other than me if I were to leave or get hit by a bus or something. I am looking for is placement of html tags, how to separate blocks of code things of that nature. Any advise you can give would be helpful. Thanks.
