I say semi structured because it ain't xml but its layout retains some of its layout from when it was a pdf.
Currently I am opening the text file and processing it a line at a time. However sometimes I need to check what the previous or next line contains in order to decide on what step to take.
I'm not all that familiar with processing text files so I'm not sure what the most efficient way to handle this is. I'm opening the file as a streamreader and using readline to read in the lines until endofstream is true. It's all very Cobolian and makes me nostalghic!
How can I read a line AND check what the next or previous line is. I thought about an array but some of these text files are pretty huge and I'd like to keep processing to under an hour :)
