Retreive a value from the querystring and list it in my querystring

Hello,
I have a hyperlink in my listview and in there the navigateurl will be
<asp:HyperLink ID="lblSubCategory" runat="server" NavigateUrl='<%#string.Format("Item.aspx?{0}&{1}&{2}&{3}",Eval("ProductID"),Eval("PrductName"), ***I want to use a querystring into here***, ***I want to use a value from a label here***) %>' Text='<%# Eval("SubCategoryName") %>'></asp:HyperLink>
  
If it is not possible to receive a value from the label, can you just show me how I can request the querystring?
