SQL Stored Procedure

Please help me to write a SQL stored procedure,
i am having a table with  3 columns namely ImageID, MemberID and Choice. Here inside this table when a member choice an option along given in an image, that members ID, image id and choice will be recorded here. Multiple members can select option from same Image, but same user cannot select same image more than once. Now i want to find the list of member who choice the same option as that of logged in user.
I am writing the C# code for that please help me with a Stored Procedure that can be executed to yield the result.
