Dynamically Create Wizard Control

I have a table on MsSqlServer DB called Category (Cat_no number,Cat_name nvarchar(50)), 

I have asp contain  wizard control called wizard1, I want to build (to form) the steps of the wizard1

depends on the Cat_name selected from the Category table to make every step in the wizard

represente a Category .....

for example : if the table Category contains the following data

1   "Flavors"

2  "Fragrances"

3  "Detergents"

the required is to read the data from the Category table and form the wizard control to contain only 3 steps with names Flavors,Fragrances,Detergents

How can I achieve this task using ASP and C#
