Sending mail thru aspmail

I have a problem sending mail thru aspmail in .Net. The method works fine in asp. objMail = new ASPEMAILLib.MailSender()

strHost = "100.100.100.100"
strFrom="automail@mymail.com"
strFromname="Me"

objMail.Host = strHost
objMail.From = strFrom
objMail.FromName = strFromname

For i = 0 To (StrS)
objMail.AddAddress (strTo(i))
Next

objMail.Subject = strSubject
objMail.Body = "My Body Text"
objMail.SendToQueue 
 

I found no exact example of create the object in ASP.Net, the code only avail in C#, but yet I am struggling with C# as well. I wonder how many ppl are using aspmail, cos my code throws me this error:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Access is denied.

If anyone having similiar experience, hope u can help.
