Membership encryption: question

Hello,

I have been searching all over the Web for an answer to this. Can someone please clarify this for me in a very easy language?

machinekey element requires validationkey and decryptionkey. What tool do I use to generate this keys? From what I have read and understood about encryption using EncryptPassword method, I need to use machinekey element with hardcoded keys - NOT AUTOGENERATED Values. So, what tool do I use to generate these? And, how are these keys actually generated by any tool? Can I generate these using ASP.NET Cryptography classes?
