save Imagestream as file to the local HD

Hi,

I have an imageStream that is returned by a function.  Right now we use this stream to serve the file

Dim imagestream As IO.Stream = 'function here

context.Response.ContentType = "image/jpeg"

context.Response.BinaryWrite(CType(imagestream, MemoryStream).ToArray)

 

I want to save the imageStream to the local HD by passing it a path.  I've been playing around with memorystreams, filestreams etc for a couple hours and ...
