Send File From Database

Dear ASP.net users.

Im currently trying to expand my ASP.net skills..
Im making a webpage that stores to a database. Stores files of any type.
It works fine to store data, and get data out.. But i got a problem with sending the file back (as a download thingy)..

Response.OutputStream.Write(FO.getFile(), 0, FO.getFileSize());

Response.End();

FO is a object that i got, containing all the information about the file, taken from the database.
This only writes the file out on the browser.. I want it to get sendt like when you download a regular file on the internet.
Anyone know how i can do that? the filetype is supposed to be whateever I want it to be..
