htmlWriter to Word problem, in a huge time sensitive bind!

c#, asp.NET 2.0 framework.
I have a page that has layed out the format for a word document with boxes and borders, a repeater, some database info and so on.  It's an employee self assessment form.  Admin picks the employee name from a list and their job description and key job items pull from SQL and are dumped into labels inside a Panel.  I then write the myOutputPanel out to a word document using this code:
