Access to System.Web.Caching.Cache from C# Class Library

Hi there,

I have a VS08 SP1 Solution that contains 1 Web project (apsx files etc...) and several C# Class Libraries. I wan't to be able to manage the System.Web.Caching.Cache from the C# Class Libraries but I don't have access to any of the Cache methods (i.e. Cache.Insert). It seems I am only able to manage the cache from the Web project in the C# Project Intellisense offers 4 options:

1 - Cache.Equals
2 - Cache.NoAbsoluteExpiration
3 - CacheNoSlidingExpiration
4 - Cache.ReferenceEquals

What can I do to get around this problem?
