One or Two applications?

Hi, i'm developing an web application with this structure in my domain for example 'www.mydomain.com':

[root]

default.aspx

web.config

[bin]

[secure]

login.aspx

In my host i have a alias domian called: secure.mydomain.com  to [secure] folder of main. how ' can in my development enviroment put the url 'secure.mydomain.com/login.aspx'?

do i have create a virtual folder in my development enviroment?
