Is it possible to extend the DDL control so that it can pass a CommandArgument to its SelectItemChanged event, like the Button control can? I have found examples that are designed, and only seem to work in, other containers that support command arguments (by bubbling the command up through them) for example on gridviews, but none that work for a basic DropDownList control on it's own.
