How to use OpenSSL (from www.openssl.org) in my aspx page?

Hi, im already downloading the OpenSSQL from http://www.slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
it's an exe file. after i installed it, how can i used it on my aspx page?
how to use the cryptography function like RSA, Hash, etc?
pls gimme step by step to deal with this ^^
