Security Exception in Running Database Connection DLL in an ASP.NET WebService

hi, i'm not sure if this is the right forum for this thread but i'll just take a stab in the dark here.


I have a .dll that handles my database connection and runs any query.  it works perfectly fine when i use it on a windows app however, when i call it through a webservice it throws the ff. error once it opens a connection to the database:


Request for the permission of type 'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlClientPermission, System.Data, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed


any ideas on why it throws that error?
