Can anybody tell me what this architecture is?

I installed the third party control Dundas Chart in my computer and opened the sample solution in VS2005. The structure of the solution looks so strange to me. It is not a structure usually seen for most of web applications. I have never seen this before. I couldn't find many code-behind files. I saw there is a bunch of folders, in each of which there is a sampleconfig.xml file and a txt file including source code....Could anybody tell me what architecture is being used here? Struts or what else???
