I'm pretty sure this is a securtity related problem, which is why I am posting here.
I have a web site where people can log in and complete a wizard. It has been working for months, and suddenly it is throwing up intermittent errors.
When someone registers for the first time, I log them in using FormsAuthentication.SetAuthCookie("username",False)
Then I server.transfer them to a page in a secured folder.
WHat happens is that the page is displayed OK, but when they click on "Next", they get Server Error in '/' Application, resource not found - but it is claiming that the page is in the root directory not the secured one.
I have found that if I log out, go to my home page, log back in (using the normal login screen), and then navigate to the page, it works (about 90% of the time), but still occasionally fails with this error.
