Duplicate UserName/App ID with roles?

Hi Folks,

When I am creating new users accounts with roles enabled in my application, it creates one new application ID and it creates the same user name for both application IDsââ?¬Â¦So I end up with a duplicate of each user name ââ?¬â?? with different user IDs, and App IDsââ?¬Â¦

However when roles are disabled it only creates the user in the application that I specific in my Web.config

 I donââ?¬â?¢t want to have duplicates of each user name!

I go so far a deleting the newly created app Id, and when I create a new user with roles enabled a new app Id is generated�?

I have a feeling it is because I am using a customized membership provider� and it need to create a new App ID to manage roles�
So how to use the default role provider with my customized membership provider�
