parsing text

Hi friends,



i am using vs 2008,
 
my requirement is that in a aspx page i have a div tag.
 i pick a value from database through this code
<%# Bind("EngineerWorkPhone")%>
 i have to place  this value  in div tag.
 But how can i parse this? so that it can be shown in div tag
