Help refreshing a data bound ListBox

I have a data bound ListBox that is bound to a SqlDataSource that uses a stored procedure.  I add items to the list through an object on the server side through a button control performing a postback.  The data is getting added correctly but the ListBox is not getting refreshed.  How do I cause the ListBox to refresh and show the newly added data?
