Response.AddHeader()

Hello,
I'm using the following code to redirect a page in the page load of one of my pages.

Response.AddHeader("REFRESH", "3;Home.aspx")

This works fine in Firefox, but in IE it keeps going back to the original page. It doesn't go to Home.aspx. So it gets stuck in a continuous loop. Could it be how IE reads the html. I've been having alot of html compatability issues with Firefox and IE.
